I am a Research Analyst with the Takshashila Institution s Indo-Pacific Studies Programme (China Studies). My work encompasses tracking events in Chinese domestic politics, economy, and technology ecosystem studying India-China Trade and security relations, and recommending policies to the Indian government specifically the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). My work also entails publishing research papers and opinions/editorials in national & international media. The publishers of my work include leading newspapers such as The Hindu, Hindustan Times, The Print, The Quint, MoneyControl, and various think tanks like ORF, VIF, etc. A list of all my works and interviews can be accessed here:
I plan to remain in the policy circle (think tank) while simultaneously completing my Ph.D. alongside work. On completion of my Ph.D., I wish to be associated with Academia while continuing my work in the policy domain. I have qualified University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) which makes me eligible for the post of Assistant Professor in any University in India.
I am a banking professional with a Master's degree currently working in private sector in Bangalore. I belong to a middle class, nuclear family with traditional values.
