Currently he is appointed as Assistant Director (Directorate of factories, Labour Department) through Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), Combined State Engineering Services Examination. Its a Group B gazetted officer post. He is also selected as SCIENTIST (2020)in ISRO but intrested to continue as the Asst. Director.
